JESUS FREAK CENTRAL

Like I said, I'm what you call a Jesus Freak. You know, those "crazy" fanatics who ran around telling everyone about Jesus in the 60's...well, there's a little bit more to it than that...

Remember those times when you lay in bed, gazing at your ceiling, wondering why we're even placed on this earth? And What the purpose of life is, which soon gets you more confused and frustrated than you were when you began? Well, I do. I've had those thoughts a lot, and sometimes I still look up at the stars at night, curious of what is beyond those twinkling wonders.
But I've found an answer. Not to all my questions, many things we'll never know until we enter God's home in heaven, but for now, He keeps me updated on my curiosities. The answer is Christ. You may know Him as the little child we glance at in the manger, as we rush through the stores during the Christmas Seasons. But this infant grew to be more than just a Christmas story, He became the eighth wonder of the world, which most people don't learn about as they sit in there History classes.
True, Jesus Christ was born at Christmas, and we all know the story of the virgin Mary and Joseph, the angels, shepherds, and wise men. But the great thing is, is that this was not a story, but a reality. God sent his Son, Jesus, to save the world, so that we wouldn't have to wonder why we are here. He grew to heal the sick, feed the hungry, and He even rose the dead. He grew to be a young man of thirty-three, which was the age of his murder. Although He had the power to save Himself from the torture of the cross, He didn't. He died so that he may save us. Are you confused yet? Let me put it like this............... A fierce Indian tribe kidnapped four American tourists who visited what they thought was a deserted island. They planned to keep them as slaves and to practice there tortures on them, but one of the Americans looked up with pleading eyes, saying, "Kill me, and let the others free." The Indians had mercy and let the others free, as they tortured and killed the one man, who saved his friends from a life of pain and torment............This is what Jesus did for us, he died saving us from hell. So that we may spend eternity with Him, in heaven. All we have to do is ask Him to come into our heart, so that He can be our best friend forever. We can ask Him for help when we need it, and we can fellowship with Him, knowing He will never leave us. His unconditional love will last to eternity, read His Word and let Him teach you His love. We may feel far from Him at times, but all we need to do is ask His forgiveness...How would you like to have the assurance of a savior who will lead us through life? Repeat this prayer in you heart:
~"Dear God, I know I've sinned my whole life through, and you were there all along, calling my name. Please forgive me for everything I've done wrong in my life. I know when I'm yours, I'll still sin, but help me to do my best to please You, and to not fall into temptations. Help me to forget my past, and to concentrate on now. Come into my heart to stay, and lead me through this world with your love, In Jesus name, Amen."~
Do you feel as though a burden has been lifted off??? well, it has. Now go tell somebody of your new life with Christ! The past is gone, you can start with a clean slate, God doesn't care about your past, He cares about your future with Him! All it takes is To Pray Believe and Trust in Him...Now you know that after death, you're going to heaven---Awesome huh!!!
~GOD BLESS~
